Credits Policy

1. What are "Credits"?

"Credits" are a virtual currency designed to meet the needs of users who want to access more advanced AI features within our Platform (the "Platform").

"Credits" can be used to redeem access to specific AI-powered functionalities, such as AI landscape generation and AI inpainting/plant placement assistance.

"Credits" can only be obtained and used by logged-in users within the Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, the Credits service is a network technology and related service provided by the Platform to users. The Credits service is not an online payment service, and Credits are not tokens, virtual currencies, or prepaid vouchers in a traditional financial sense. They do not have monetary value outside of their use on the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or prepaid value.

2. Acquiring and Consuming Credits

Credits can be acquired and are consumed as follows:

Note: Due to modification of product strategy, the pricing, validity period, and applicable rules of Credits may be changed. The relevant rules will take effect from the date of publication. The usage rights for paid services that users have already paid for (i.e., purchased Credits) before the adjustments take effect will not be affected regarding their initial value or validity. 3. Pricing Standard for Purchasing Credits

Standard Pricing: Credit packs are offered, for example, 50 Credits for $5.00 USD (equating to $0.10 USD per Credit). Prices are subject to change and any applicable taxes.

Discounted Pricing: We may occasionally launch promotional activities with purchase discounts. The discounted prices will be subject to the relevant product interface and the published activity rules. We may also update and optimize the Credits Policy of services, features, pricing plans, and user benefits. The actual amount of Credits you receive will be based on the relevant promotion pages and payment pages.

4. What can "Credits" be used for?

Currently, users purchase Credits they can then use for AI creation functions on the Platform, such as AI-powered landscape generation. The specific features requiring Credits and their costs are detailed on the relevant interfaces within the Platform.

5. Important Policies and Limitations

• Non-Refundable: Except as explicitly stated in this policy (e.g., for AI generation failure due to platform error), all acquired Credits (whether purchased or promotional) are non-refundable.
• No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or any other form of legal tender, and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for real money or other items of monetary value.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are strictly non-transferable. They cannot be gifted, sold, assigned, or otherwise moved to another user account or individual.
• Account Specific: Credits are tied to the specific user account through which they were acquired or awarded.
• Expiration: Credits expire according to their stated validity period. Expired Credits are automatically removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated or refunded. It is your responsibility to use Credits before they expire.
• Feature Access & Membership: Owning Credits does not guarantee access to all platform features. Some advanced features or higher usage tiers might require an active membership subscription (if offered) or be subject to other conditions, independent of your Credit balance. Credits can only be used for specific features and services on the Platform. Credits cannot be exchanged for other value-added services.
• Usage by Logged-in Users Only: Credits can only be obtained and consumed by users who are logged into their valid account on the Platform.

6. How to check the "Credits" balance and usage details

You can check the details of your Credit balance and transaction history on your account page within the Platform (e.g., under "Credit Activity" or a similar section in your user dashboard).

7. Modification of Credits Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Credits Policy, including but not limited to the pricing, availability, features, costs, and validity periods of Credits, at any time in our sole discretion.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our Platform or upon direct notification to users. Your continued use of Credits or the Platform after such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

The usage rights for services that users have already paid for (e.g., Purchased Credits obtained before a policy change) will not be adversely affected regarding their initial value or validity period by subsequent policy changes, but new rules may apply to future acquisitions or uses of Credits.

8. Account Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account, whether initiated by you or by us for any reason (including violation of our Terms of Service), any unused Credits remaining in your account will be immediately and irrevocably forfeited. No refunds or compensation will be provided for forfeited Credits.

9. Why can't I use some features even though I have "Credits"?

Currently, "Credits" primarily support the use of specific AI-powered generation and inpainting functions. Other platform functionalities, or access to certain premium features (if applicable), might be governed by other terms, such as a membership subscription, and may not be accessible solely with Credits.
