What you do

Remove natural or artificial turf and replace with water-wise landscaping, and/or upgrade an existing irrigation system for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Pre-approval inspection before any work (email [email protected] or call 707-547-1909; responses up to 7 days)
  • Follow the WEL Program Guidelines for projects started after July 2022
  • No artificial grass or impermeable hardscape as replacement
  • Tenant/Owner Permission Form if applicant is a tenant
  • Sample invoice format provided
