What you do

Buy and install a smart (weather-based) irrigation controller that meets the 100/0 Smart Water testing specification, then apply with your dated receipt.

Requirements

  • Controller must meet 100/0 spec (100% irrigation adequacy, 0% excess) per Smart Water testing; EPA WaterSense list linked on page
  • Install before applying
  • Original dated receipt
  • Apply within 6 months of receipt date
  • One rebate per account
