Tacoma homeowners, and renters with owner-signed Tree Care Agreement; trees go in right-of-way beside property you own; priority to moderate, low and very low opportunity areas.

What you do

Get free street trees with delivery, stakes, ties, compost and watering supplies planted in the right-of-way next to your home.

Requirements

  • Complete fully digital application
  • Call 8-1-1 for a utility locate ticket
  • Choose trees via Tree Explorer or Tree Selector
  • Sign Tree Care Agreement (renters)
  • Does not satisfy development or tree-removal permit requirements
