What you do

Install a low-water xeriscape on a new single-family home built within the last 2 years.

Requirements

  • Hardscape and artificial grass do not count
  • Living desert-adapted plants on ADWR Phoenix AMA list; plant list with common and scientific names and counts
  • No plastic sheeting; no bare soil
  • At least two photos per area within two weeks of application
  • Complete by June 1, 2027
