Sow Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate as a referrer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have an active Sow account in good standing; and
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Sow Platforms, Inc.

The Program is available in the United States and other regions where Sow and Sow Pro are offered, subject to applicable local laws and restrictions. We may modify or limit eligibility at any time.

2. How the Program Works

Each eligible user receives a unique referral link tied to their username (for example, https://www.usesow.com/r/yourusername). When you share your link and a friend ("Invited Friend") uses it to create a new Sow account and subscribe to Sow Pro, you may earn a reward as described below. Invited Friends who claim through your link receive a 14-day free trial of Sow Pro.

3. Rewards

For each qualifying referral, you earn 100 Sow Credits, credited to your Sow account. These 100 Credits are described as having an approximate value of $10 USD, based on Sow's standard retail price for Credits. This is a reference value only; it does not represent a cash entitlement, and no cash alternative is available.

Sow Credits are a virtual, in-app benefit governed by the Sow Credits Policy. Credits have no monetary value outside the Sow platform, cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash, and are non-transferable.

4. What Counts as a Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies for a reward only when all of the following are true:

• The Invited Friend signs up for a new Sow account through your referral link;
• The Invited Friend was not an existing or former Sow Pro subscriber and does not already have a Sow account;
• The Invited Friend starts a Sow Pro subscription through Sow's web checkout; and
• The Invited Friend's 14-day free trial converts into a completed, paid Sow Pro subscription charge that is not reversed, refunded, or charged back.

Rewards are credited to your account after the Invited Friend's first Sow Pro payment is successfully completed. If an Invited Friend cancels during the free trial (so that no payment is made), or if the first payment is refunded or charged back, no reward will be issued, and any reward already credited may be reversed. Cancellations or refunds occurring after the first paid term do not affect rewards that have already been validly credited.

5. No Limit; Stacking and Expiry

There is no limit on the number of friends you may refer or the number of qualifying referrals you may earn, subject to these Referral Terms and our fraud-prevention measures. Rewards stack across multiple qualifying referrals. Credits earned through the Program do not expire so long as your account is maintained, as further described in the Sow Credits Policy. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with, or exchanged for, any other credit, discount, or promotion except as expressly offered by Sow.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are not permitted and may result in disqualification, the removal of unearned and earned rewards (including rewards that have already been used), and the suspension or termination of your Sow account:

• Referring yourself, or creating or using multiple or fake Sow accounts;
• Using fake names, fake or disposable email addresses, or another person's information;
• Using the same device, payment method, IP address, or other identifying information across both the referrer and Invited Friend accounts, or otherwise coordinating sign-ups, in a way that suggests the referral is not genuine;
• Distributing your referral link through spam, unsolicited messages, mass or automated messaging, bots, paid promotion, coupon or deal-aggregator sites, or any channel inconsistent with genuine personal sharing;
• Bidding on or using Sow's brand names or trademarks in paid search or other advertising;
• Misrepresenting Sow, the Program, or the rewards available; or
• Any activity that violates these Referral Terms, the Sow Terms of Service, or applicable law.

7. Fraud Detection and Review

We monitor Program activity for signs of fraud, abuse, or activity that violates these Referral Terms. Accounts with unusually high referral volume or other indicators of abuse may be subject to manual review, during which rewards may be temporarily withheld pending verification. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to investigate any account, withhold, hold, or revoke rewards (including rewards that have already been credited or used), and to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine have violated these Referral Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your participation in the Program. We do not provide tax advice.

9. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, the reward amounts, or any part of these Referral Terms at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable. Changes apply to qualifying referrals that occur after the effective date of the change. Rewards already validly credited to your account will not be affected by future changes. If we materially change the reward amount or the way rewards are earned, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, by email, or on this page.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Referral Terms.

11. No Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Program will be available without interruption, that referral tracking will be error-free, or that any specific reward will be earned.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the limitations in the Sow Terms of Service, our total liability arising from or related to the Program is limited to the value of the unredeemed Credits validly earned in your Sow account under the Program at the time the claim arises.

13. Governing Law

These Referral Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the Sow Terms of Service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
