Anigozanthos, commonly known as kangaroo paw, is a genus of rhizomatous evergreen perennials endemic to Western Australia. They are characterised by their basal fans of strappy foliage and upright, velvety flower stems that terminate in paw-shaped tubular blooms.

'Landscape Gold' is a robust hybrid cultivar bred for the 'Tall and Tough' range, reaching up to two metres in height. It is distinguished by its high resistance to leaf-blackening diseases and its profuse display of golden-yellow flowers on contrasting red stems.
